The Ceremonial Services Unit prepares these ceremonial documents* for the Mayor:

Ceremonial documents can be requested online, or you may complete the Ceremonial Document Request Form*. Submit this form via email to Ceremonial.Services@dc.gov, fax to (202) 727-6526, or mail to:
